Bellini is named after the cocktail and reads like it: peach up front, a dry fizz through the middle, and a clean finish with almost no sugar left behind. It is one of the lighter profiles in the Premier line and one of the easiest to run continuously.
What Sets It Apart

Running It Well
Peach terpenes sit at the volatile end, so keep the voltage low. Run it hot and the fizz goes first, leaving a fairly generic sweet cart behind.
