Cresco carts are Liquid Live Resin cartridges from Cresco Labs, one of the largest US cannabis operators. Cresco’s own copy for the oil is “Nothing added, nothing taken away,” and it is made from a single strain with no cuts, fillers or added terpenes. In 2026 Cresco added a rechargeable all-in-one vape filled with the same oil.
