Boutiq Switch V6
The V6 landed in January 2026 and is the biggest jump the Switch has made. Three independent 1 gram tanks rather than three chambers sharing two grams, so 3 grams total, which is half as much oil again as the V5 for five dollars more.
What changed from the V5
- 3 grams instead of 2. Three full tanks, one gram each.
- Diamonds plus HTE. The V5 runs liquid live diamonds alone. The V6 blends in high terpene extract, which is where the extra flavor comes from.
- 450mAh with fast USB-C. A bigger cell, which a 3 gram device needs.
- Redesigned heating element. This is the one that matters most. Large disposables are known for tasting scorched in the last third, and the V6 was rebuilt specifically to avoid that.
- A better switch. The older models could feel sticky moving between chambers. This one does not.
Infinity Mode
Infinity Mode lets the device pull from two chambers at once, blending the terpene profiles of two strains into a single draw rather than switching between them. Worth being accurate here: this is not new to the V6, it is printed on V5 packaging too. What the V6 changes is the tank size it draws from, so a blend runs across two full grams instead of two thirds of one.
V6 or V5
The V5 is $20 for 2 grams, which is $10 a gram. The V6 is $25 for 3 grams, which is $8.33. The newer device is cheaper per gram as well as better, so the only reason to choose the V5 is if you prefer a smaller device or want a strain combination the V6 does not offer yet.
That last point is real. The V6 launched in January 2026 and Boutiq has not published a settled combination list for it yet, so we ship the combinations we receive rather than letting you pick one that may not arrive.
